45th Reunion 2019

We are planning our 45th Reunion to be held in Annapolis or North Beach on September 28, 2019.

This Mid year reunion is going to be a causal event, we will gather for conversation,catch-up and share a meal together.

We have asked that you  let us know Yes or No for planning.

Most venues can only hold so many people, before they insist you rent a ballroom which brings that ticket price higher then we would like to pay .

We will be making a decision shortly and forwarding the final plans and details.

If you plan to attend reply YES or NO !

Class of 1974

Well we have to say that everyone did indeed "Get their Happy On" for the

Celebration of our 40th Reunion held August 8 -10 2014

We are so pleased to say that everyone had a wonderful time rediscovering long-lost friends.

Sharing this time with friends is pricless.

We have heard from many of you through facebook, our web site or personal phone calls and we must say everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time.

The Friday night mixer was alot of fun ; James Joyce a bit noisy for conversation but no one minded losing thier voices for a little while. Appetizer's were good and the short walk back to the hotel was  perfect for such a nice night. I think everyone enjoyed boarding the water taxi Saturday for a day of fun. Some people went to the aquarium, shopping at Fells Point and others did a bar crawl in historic Fells Point. Bloody Marys, Crab Cakes, oyster bars, pizza and great friends what more could you ask for! The Dinner Dance was held in a beautiful room with an outside balcony and many were impressed that we had arranged to have the band Heart play in the background at Pier 6 concert hall. What a bonus ! The food was excellent and the staff at the pier 5 were friendly and courteous. We wish we had a little more time for dancing of course however our program had changed and we felt the need to cover more then orginally intended. The farewell breakfast was well attended and as always so sad to say goodbye till next time. Everyone wants to have our next reunion in five years so the wheels are already rolling. Many people have said that they wouldnt mind if we once again came to Harbor Magic in Baltimore.

We would like to thank all of you for coming to our 40th Celebration.

It has made us very happy that everyone had such a wonderful time !

We are  proud to have you all in our lives!

Until We Meet Again......

Crossland Class of 1974

Perhaps you may have noticed that our class website was down recently. Bev was the orginal adminastrator of both the domain name and web site. They both since expired. I went ahead and restored the service for the coming year at a cost of $117.00. Many of you had said on the orginal survey that you were interested in keeping the services and would contribute towards the cost. Sadly, to date I have only recieved one $25.00 contribution. Also, note the web site company has agreed to allow us to apply our initial $117.00 per yr. payment toward a 5 year guarantee, if we make a total payment within the next three months. A total savings of $236.00. If each one of our 80 attendees from the 2014 reunion were to pay just $5.00 each this item would be resolved in no time. Please consider a contribution so that I am not forced to solely shoulder this expense. Send $5, $10 or $25. You can donate with Pay Pal or check send to: Brenda Vernon at 20250 Tidewinds Way Germantown, Md. 20874. We will be making an effort to do some fundraising for the next 5 years to offset administrative costs and reducing cost for future reunions.

Thank You,
